1. Service Description
Review Pipe (the “Service”) is a review management platform operated by Bullseye Interviews Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service helps service businesses manage their Google reviews by logging jobs, sending automated SMS review requests to customers, intercepting negative feedback, generating AI-powered review responses, and posting replies to Google Business Profiles.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid phone number and email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One account per business. Each account is associated with a single Google Business Profile.
4. Free Trial and Billing
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- After the trial period, the Service costs $49 per month, billed monthly via credit card through Stripe.
- If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access to job logging and review request features will be suspended until you subscribe.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account settings page or through the Stripe billing portal.
- If you cancel during your trial, your account is closed immediately and you will not be charged.
- If you cancel a paid subscription, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited or spam SMS messages.
- Send review requests to individuals who have not received a service from your business.
- Post fake, misleading, or artificially generated reviews to Google or any review platform.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person, including your customers.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
7. SMS and Communications
- You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before using the Service to send them SMS messages.
- Review request SMS messages are sent on your behalf from a number associated with our Service. You are responsible for the content implications of these messages.
- We may send you transactional SMS messages (verification codes, review alerts, weekly stats) as part of operating your account. Standard messaging rates may apply.
- SMS sending is subject to daily limits to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.
8. Google Integration
- The Service integrates with Google Business Profile via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to read your business reviews and post responses on your behalf.
- We access only the minimum Google permissions required: reading reviews and posting review responses. We do not access your email, contacts, or other Google data.
- You may disconnect your Google account at any time from the Account settings page.
- Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
9. AI-Generated Content
- The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft review responses. These drafts are suggestions only.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is posted to Google.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
- By posting an AI-generated response to Google, you accept full responsibility for that content.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Bullseye Interviews Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service (business information, review responses, etc.).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullseye Interviews Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullseye Interviews Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless you qualify for small claims court.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or by posting a notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
